Maybe Tuna invites you to fish with the local crew and experience Cabo San Lucas fishing from the first hand. Captain Marco Tagle and his team know these waters inside out. For them, fishing is not only a way to make a living but a way to enjoy life to the fullest!
Heading out offshore with the Maybe Tuna team means you’re going to target some of the fastest species out there, such as Barracuda, Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, Marlin, or Sailfish…maybe Tuna. If you’re lucky, you’ll encounter a school of Tuna – these torpedo-shaped swimmers can shoot through the water at the speed of 43 miles per hour. Hooking one of them and getting them to the boat is a thrill worth the effort! In autumn, the crew catches them by kite fishing.
Your adventure starts at the Boulevard Paseo de la Marina, as soon as you hop aboard the captain’s boat. It’s a 28’ Carver saltwater boat that accommodates up to 4 guests. She’s powered by a 210 HP Cummins engine that can reach a speed of 26 knots. This means you’ll spend more time fishing and less time getting to the fishing spot.
Your captain can also prepare snorkeling equipment for you if you want to take a peek “under the sea.” Simply mention this in advance, so everything can be prepared on time. You’ll be provided with Penn fishing equipment and live bait, while it’s up to you to bring your snacks, drinks, and fishing license.
Maybe Tuna is ready to take you fishing any time of the year. Book your spot on the boat and reel ‘em in!
