Are you looking for an exciting day of angling action in the Florida Keys? Or maybe you want to cruise the backcountry, throw out some lines, and take in the beautiful sights of Key West?
Come aboard Something Fishy Charters, and let Captain Billy Romano use his years of local experience and knowledge to take you on your dream adventure!
Capt. Billy has been exploring and fishing the waters of the Florida Keys for over 20 years, and has been running exciting fishing trips with Something Fishy Charters since 2008. He prides himself on tailoring his adventures to perfectly suit exactly what his customers are looking for.
Whether you’re an experienced angler or are just discovering your love for fishing, Capt. Billy will have you cruising the mangroves, wrecks, and reefs for anything from Grouper and Snapper to Cobia, Amberjack, and the famous Tarpon.
You’ll be fishing from a comfortable 25’ Renaissance Prowler catamaran. Powered by twin 140 HP Suzuki outboard engines, this vessel is more than capable of speeding you to your dream fishing location, all without compromising on comfort! There’s room for up to 6 guests on board, and you’ll find top-notch navigational and safety gear, too.
Depending on weather conditions and the species you want to target, Capt. Billy will take you either to the waters around local wrecks and reefs, or the plentiful mangroves.
Head to the wrecks and reefs, and you’ll come face-to-gills with huge, tasty Grouper and Snapper species, as well as Cobia and Amberjack. Cruise the winding mangroves, and you’ll be able to hook smaller Grouper and Snapper, as well as the notorious, hard-fighting “Silver King” – Tarpon!
Each trip includes top-notch rods and reels, bait, tackle, and a valid fishing license for all guests. All you need to bring are your favorite snacks and drinks. Come aboard Something Fishy Charters and let Capt. Billy show you why the Florida Keys are worthy of their fishing fame!
