Captain Blake Dunbar hails from a long line of commercial fisherman. After helping his father run guides for years, he got his captain’s license in 2018 and has not looked back. Passionate about his local waters, he promises to show you the sweet spots, teaching you all about the beauty and wealth of NC’s inshore.

You’ll also have the benefit of a fully-fitted, purpose-built fishing vessel. The 25’ Sea Hawk saltwater fishing boat comes fitted with everything you need for a productive day. Up to 4 guests are welcome aboard to take advantage of the spacious deck. Make yourselves at home, and Capt. Blake will provide plenty of water and snacks, and he’ll even offer lunch on full-day trips!

Get ready for a thrilling, productive day out, as you go after some of North Carolina’s most-loved fish. Try trolling the open waters or bottom fishing the shallows, to attract the bite of beauties such as Redfish, Striped Bass, Trout, Sheepshead, Flounder, and many more delicious creatures.

At the end of the trip, your captain will clean and fillet your catch for you to take home, so you’re good to cook it up right away. All you need to do before coming aboard, is grab your North Carolina saltwater fishing license, arrive 15 minutes before the departure time, and get ready for a memorable day out. Captain Blake is a 3rd-generation commercial fisherman from Pamlico County, NC. Fishing is in his blood and he's been comfortable on a rod and reel since he was a teenager.
