With over 45 years of experience on the water, Captain Paul Poirier is just the guy to take you fishing. An avid angler, he loves nothing more than fighting it out with huge fish. He lives by the motto, “We don’t fish we catch!” and will make sure that you fill the boat, no matter your level of experience.
Step aboard the 36’ Phoenix convertible and let the magic begin. There’s room for up to 6 guests on board, and you’re invited to take advantage of the plush, air-conditioned cabin and spacious deck. Bring your own drinks and snacks aboard and make yourself at home, or the captain can provide lunch at a cost.
Built with fishing in mind, she also has everything you need for a productive day out. Fitted with outriggers, you’ll troll a vast range of water, with the fighting chair giving you the edge when trying to hook that trophy fish.
Let the captain know where you’d like to go, and he’ll have you exploring the reefs, wrecks, shallows, or deep seas offshore. If you fancy a true adventure, come aboard for 2 days and head to the Bahamas. Engage in some of the world’s best fishing and live aboard like royalty for the night!
Whether targeting Cobia and Mackerel nearshore, or monster Marlin, Sailfish, Tuna, Wahoo, and Mahi Mahi offshore, you’re in for an intense fight. Bring your A-game and use all your skills and strength to land one of these beauties.
Capt. Paul will clean and fillet your catch when you head out to shore, so there’s even more of an incentive to fill the boat! Everything you need will be taken care of, just beware that there will be a surcharge for fuel and live bait when it’s used. Other than that, you’re good to go.
