You will be riding on one of the best center consoles on the market – a 37’ Freeman 37VH catamaran. “Get Tight” comes powered by twin 300 HP Suzuki four stroke engines and can carry up to 6 anglers of all skill levels. Fresh on the water in 2016, it features top-notch marine electronics and safety gear, a restroom, outriggers, tuna tubes, a live bait tank, and an ice-box.
The Get Tight is safe, reliable, and fast – you won’t waste any time traveling to the top fisheries. Your main target species will be an incredible variety of Grouper (Gag, Black, Red, Scamp, Snowy), Snapper (Red, Vermilion), Amberjack, and Kingfish. You can also go after heavy-weights such as Swordfish and Yellowfin Tuna. Depending on the trip and target species, you’ll be focusing on deep dropping, trolling, jigging, or popping.
All the needed fishing gear and lures will be covered by the charter, although the crew mainly fishes with live bait. They usually catch it the day before the trip to ensure that it’s fresh and appetizing, which is especially important when fishing for Snapper. They also provide water, but you’re welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks. The mate will even clean and fillet your catch after the trip!
Shoal Charters will show you the best these plentiful waters have to offer and make sure you go home with a smile!
