Ginja Ninja Offshore Fishing Charters specializes in family-friendly offshore excursions out of historic Charleston, SC. Whether you’re looking to high-speed troll the ledge for pelagics or bottom fish for Grouper, Captain Tripp Amick will put you on the fish of your dreams!
You’ll zoom off in a 39’ Sea Vee center console, powered by triple 350 HP Yamaha engines. The boat comes with top-grade navigational instruments, including a dual touch-screen fishfinder, outriggers and downriggers for trolling, a livewell, a cooler for food and drinks, and safety gear. She accommodates up to 6 guests per trip and everyone can fish comfortably at the same time.
Capt. Tripp specializes in deep sea trolling and bottom fishing. You’ll head 35–45 miles offshore to target Tuna, Mahi, Wahoo, Kingfish, and Amberjack. Get ready to hear the sound of multiple reels screaming as you feel the pull of a trophy Billfish on the other end of your line. You’ll also get to fill the boat with prize-winning bottom dwellers, such as Red and Vermillion Snapper (season dependent).
Fly fishing is also offered upon special request. Only one person can fly fish at a time and customers have to bring their own equipment. Capt. Tripp is also a master at several other techniques, including jigging and spinning. The options are endless, and your trip can be easily customized.
You’ll be using state-of-the-art Penn and Shimano gear. The captain’s boat is also stocked with water, Gatorade, soft drinks, and snacks such as chips. Feel free to bring your own cooler with food and drinks as there is plenty of space on board. At an additional cost, Capt. Tripp also offers professional quality photography and videography to take home and share with friends and family! Your fishing licenses are covered, as well.
