Seminole Wind Charters – 30'
Seminole Wind Charters is owned and operated by Captain Steve Cottle, a Florida Gulf native, and a USCG 100-Ton Master licensed captain. He also holds a Federal Reef & Pelagic Permit, which allows him to fish much larger bodies of water. He’s been fishing the Gulf and its surrounding waters for over 50 years and is just the guy you want to take you on an offshore adventure!
His boat is a 30’ Pro-Line walkaround with plenty of space for 6 people to fish comfortably at the same time. She’s outfitted with state-of-the-art navigational features, safety gear, outriggers, downriggers, a live bait tank, a fish box for your catch, and a cooler for drinks. You’ll have a private head, a shower, a bed, and a multimedia system to listen to your favorite tunes while you fish.
Capt. Steve will take you to some of the best fishing locations along the Gulf Coast. You can choose to go bottom fishing over reefs and other underwater structures that harbor a plethora of species. You’ll target Grouper, Snapper, Hogfish, Triggerfish, Amberjack, and more!
You can head even further out on a full-day trip to target a wider range of species including Mahi Mahi and different types of Tuna. He also offers 12-hour trips reserved for anglers really looking for some deep sea action. These extended trips will see you fishing in deep “monster territory,” up to 40–60 miles offshore.
You’ll be using top-of-the-line Penn gear and you can purchase live bait at an additional cost. Your fishing license is covered and you’ll have a first mate on board to help out with anything you need. Capt. Gene and his crew will also offer to clean and fillet your fish so you can enjoy the fresh catch of the day! Just bring an extra cooler so you can take your prize home with you.
Seminole Wind Charters invites you and the family to join them on an unforgettable adventure! Just bring some snacks, drinks, sunscreen, and a hat, and get ready to create lasting memories on the Florida Gulf with Capt. Steve!
