Off The Hook Charters invites you onto the Miss Jaqlin for your fishing adventure. We are a family friendly charter service located in Fort Morgan, Al. This federally permitted boat specializes in half day trips full of fun. This charter is run by Captain Dylan Byrd. Captain Dylan was born and raised on the gulf coast and has spent majority of his time working in these waters. Captain Dylan will be great with your family and children.
The Miss Jaqlin is a 34 ft Booner. This boat is very comfortable and safe and will provide you and your family with a dry, spacious and fast ride to your destination. She is powered by a 375 Hp Caterpillar engine and built to withstand the weather conditions.
The Miss Jaqlin is equipped with PENN fishing gear. This boat also offers comfortable seating, a restroom, and an area down below to rest with A/C.
The Miss Jaqlin can hold up to six passengers including children of all ages. Captain Dylan will put you on the fish!!! While fishing with him you can target Red Snapper and other popular reef fish in addition to trolling for a variety of other species.
We offer a 4 hour trolling excursion. This charter allows you to target a variety of nearshore species such as: Spanish mackerel, king mackerel, Cobia, Red fish and Blue fish. Or you can choose a 6 a hour Red Snapper trip for the morning or the afternoon. When you choose a longer trip such as this we will mainly target Red Snapper but we may catch a variety of other species while trolling back to the shore.
We will provide bait, tackle, your fishing license and fish cleaning. Some things you may want to bring are a small cooler with drinks and snacks and some sunscreen. Gratuity is appreciated and is generally 15-20%.
