Extreme Nicaraguan Adventures
Extreme Nicaraguan Adventures
Extreme Nicaraguan Adventures offers an exciting range of trips fishing for Nicaragua’s top species, both inshore and offshore. Spend the day in the shallows, battling Jacks, Roosterfish, Cero Mackerel, and more. Head further out, and you could hook into Sailfish, Tuna, Mahi Mahi, and who knows what else!
Spend your day fishing aboard Capt. Sergio’s 25’ Sea Ray cuddy cabin boat. This vessel is perfect for enjoying Nicaragua’s varied waters. She has a covered top to keep the tropical sun at bay and a comfortable bed to rest after hard-fought battle out on deck. She also has an enclosed head for extra comfort on longer trips.
Depending on your trip, you could be fishing up to 20 miles offshore or right along the beachfront. With this in mind, you will be given quality tackle at a variety of weights. You will also be able to try bottom fishing, live bait fishing, and even spearfishing! A maximum of four anglers can spearfish at once, and you’ll have a guide in the water alongside you to show you how.
All trips come with everything you will need for the fishing itself. Capt. Sergio can slice up some tasty sashimi from your catch and on full days you will also be given snacks and drinks to keep you going.
Capt. Sergio has an agreement with several local restaurants. At the end of your trip, you can get one of the local restaurants to cook up your catch for a special 30% off rate!
Lastly, Captain Sergio may run Extreme Adventures, but don’t think he doesn’t take your safety seriously! The boat is equipped with all necessary safety equipment, and San Juan Del Sur itself is perfectly safe to visit. Enjoy incredible sportfishing without the stress or worries, with an experienced American captain and an ocean full of hard-fighting fish!

this was the worst fishing experience we ever had. the captain was rude. he was unprepared, we specifically said we wanted to go bottom fishing, and that there were four of us, he only had two rods,, and took us trolling - not good
