You can find him fishing anywhere around Fort Collins year-round, even when the lakes are frozen! If fishing from the boat sounds best for you, then come aboard his 19’ Lund boat. She’s equipped with a Minkotta trolling motor, chart plotter, and a quality sonar. The boat accommodates up to 4 guests.
You’ll be fishing on Boyd, Boedecker, Dowdy, or Lon Hagler local lakes. Depending on what bites and which technique you want to try out, you could be trolling, casting, or jigging. Your main targets for the day will be Rainbow Trout, Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass, White Bass, and Walleye.
The captain will provide you with rods, reels, lures, and live bait. You’ll need to purchase your fishing license and bring your food and drinks for the day.
NoCo Fishing recommends an afternoon PM trips in April and morning AM trips June - September. May, October, & November both morning AM & afternoon PM trips are recommended.
