Captain Gordon Burdette knows all about catching the biggest fish out there. An Orange Beach resident since 1984, he’s spent his fair share of time on the water. Since retirement, he’s taken to the seas more and more often and promises a supportive, fun-filled, and productive trip offshore.
Up to 6 guests are welcome aboard the 36’ Trojan convertible to see the magic happen. The air-conditioned cabin comes fitted with plenty of space for all on board and boasts a toilet for your convenience. Your captain will also provide a cooler, so bring your own drinks and snacks and make the most of it!
A serious fishing vessel, she also boasts downriggers and outriggers to help you troll a wider array of water. The first mate will help set up the lines and Capt. Gordon will prepare live bait before you come aboard, so you’re good to go. Get ready for a thrilling day, where you’ll be able to try out both trolling and bottom fishing.
Head up to 30 miles offshore in search of some of the Gulf’s biggest fish. Hit the wrecks in search of huge Snappers, Groupers, Mackerel, Cobia, and more. Head to the deeper waters and you’ll deep drop for one of the tastiest fish in the sea, Tilefish, or battle it out with Wahoo. Wherever you go, you’ll have a real fight on your hands.
At the end of your trip, the first mate will clean and fillet your catch for you to take home. Head back to shore and enjoy the fruits of your labor after a fruitful day out.
