Last Cast Charters will put you front and center against some of the biggest names in inshore sportfishing. Your guide for the day will be either Captain Blake Nelson, a Cobia and Redfish tournament world champion, or Captain Tanner Howell, an experienced local who’s been running the boat together with Capt. Blake for the past two years.
The captain’s vessel is a 24’ Skeeter Bay Boat, powered by a 300 HP Yamaha engine so you can reach the fishing grounds in just 10 minutes. She comes with a wireless trolling motor, live bait tank, GPS, and fishfinder. In addition, there’s a tower above the center console so you can sit back and enjoy the beautiful view of the coastline.
Your main target species are Redfish, Flounder, Mangrove Snapper, Black Drum, Spanish Mackerel, Speckled Trout, and many more. Destin’s inshore waters are a breeding ground for many species, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to leave with a nice fish that you can cook up for dinner.
