Aquadventures - 42' Big Time

Caleta Harbor
Cozumel QR, Mexico

Aquadventures welcomes you to the beautiful island of Cozumel, Mexico, and invites you to spend a great day catching huge fish. Whether you’re seasoned sportfishers or complete beginners, you will have a trip tailored to your skills so you can enjoy the perfect day on the water – whatever that means to you.

Spend your day aboard a 42’ Hatteras cruiser rigged and ready for awesome angling. The vessel can fish up to eight anglers, but can fit a total of 20 guests onboard. Bring your whole family or all your friends along! Non-anglers can enjoy swimming, snorkeling, and a range of other activities during the day.

For the anglers among you, you can choose between a range of habitats for your day. Fish the reefs for Snapper and Grouper, hit nearshore waters for King Mackerel and Barracuda, or go all out and head offshore. Cozumel is famous for its deep sea fishing, with Blue and White Marlin, Sailfish, Mahi Mahi, and more!

The “Big Time” is more than some stripped-back sportfisher, though. The vessel boasts a comfortable interior with a head, multimedia system, and plenty of space to relax out of the sun. Up on deck, you have masses of open space to sunbathe with a beer or a delicious snack of fresh fruit and guacamole. On full day trips, you will also be given sandwiches and salads.

Aquadventures trips include all tackle, lures, and licenses. You will be helped towards each catch by a skilled crew, and at the end of your trip, all you fish will be cleaned and filleted for you. Bring along sunscreen, shades, and your biggest cooler. Head home with great memories, aching arms, and a ton of tasty fish!

Hi Patrick,

I’m sorry to hear that the trip on board the Big Time didn’t turn out as expected.

There’s not much we can do about the marina, there are only a couple in Cozumel and the other one is the one getting work done now, hopefully they’ll get to Marina Caleta soon.

Thank you very much for your comments about the crew not talking to you enough, I will definitely let them know and we’ll make sure it doesn’t happen again.

The No Fish part, well, it was unfortunate. There are days like these. The Big Time has been catching lots of fish these past couple of months, participated in 3 tournaments and in all 3 had blue marlins on hook; like I said before, when fishing there are days like these.

I thank you again for fishing with us and for letting us know where we can improve.

Best regards

We had a good time. The Mahe Mahe were bitting. Two doubles, and one single. Had three misses. Can’t complain with only fore hours of fishing. 11/10/15
