Charleston Saltwater Fishing Charters 

My three kids and I had a wonderful evening with Luke as our Captain. He was very knowledgeable, patient with us as we were inexperienced, and all three kids (ages 16, 14, 6) had a great time. His boat was well equipped with fishing supplies and drinks. He answered all our questions and we even caught a shark! He was prompt to respond to messages and all interaction went well. Highly recommend Luke!!

Luke was an awesome captain for our shark fishing adventure! Our boys, ages 12 and 14, wanted to catch a shark. Luke knew exactly where to cast out at and we immediately started catching them. He was very nice and he knew the water well. If we are ever back in Charleston, we will definitely book another fishing trip with Luke. Thank you so much Luke!

Had a great time shark fishing. Captain Lucas communicated well before the trip and was a great guide for the morning trip. Our family caught some sharks, saw several pods of dolphins and learned a bit about the area. Overall and memorable experience and would highly recommend Captain Lucas to others.

My wife and I had a great trip. We had a shark on the line within the first five minutes and caught around 8 total in just a couple hours. Capt Pressler was a knowledgeable and personable guy. We also got an up close view of a sail boat race which was a nice added bonus! I would recommend this trip to anyone.

Capt Luke was great with our group of five including one tween. As soon as we booked he was communicating with me and checked in with me leading up to our trip. He was flexible and helpful both as we had to adjust times and in taking part of our group back out after others departed for the airport (thankfully the schedule allowed for both). He had the fishing spots well identified and we were catching most of the time. He was FANTASTIC with our tween in helping him and teaching him at the same time. Capt Luke brought live and frozen bait and we netted some bait fish as well. Rods were quickly rebaited and recast. Upon our return we made it to the dock just as a rain storm came in, Capt Luke gave us shelter in his truck while we waited for our Uber (which Charleston generally has a shortage of). Would definitely recommend and would book again. Great time in the water, Capt Luke was friendly, instructive, communicative and helpful. I would also be remiss if I didn’t say he was incredibly polite, my son may get booked in Capt Luke manners boot camp!! Recommend and would book again 😀🦈🐡⚓️

Luke was extremely accommodating to first time anglers. My kids had an absolute blast. I would recommend him to anyone looking to fish the Charleston area. The kids caught multiple sharks and were able to get photos with them, listening to music and hanging out.

We had a great day on the water! The fish weren’t biting in the morning but we ended up catching a lot of sharks!! We went by the shrimp boats and it was really cool, as well as seeing a bunch of dolphins. Captain Luke was awesome!

We had a great time shark fishing. It was interesting to go out and watch Luke catch our bait fish and then took us out to the channel to catch sharks. The largest shark we caught probably weighed close to 60 lbs! Captain Luke knows the area and knows where to get the biggest fish! I highly recommend this trip but be forewarned, after reeling in sharks for 2 hours it can be exhausting, but fun. I highly recommend this trip for any angler! The pick up spot was a bit confusing and it is a long walk to the dock.

We were out on some sharks right away. Not everyone caught one but that was likely due to so much time spent trying to get a picture of the bigger one. The captain is personable and patient.

Had a great time with Luke. He had a great boat, got us to the right spots and helped us take home an excellent Spanish mackerel dinner! Caught trophies and more…highly recommended!
