Captain Chester Reese of Natural World Charters invites you for a day of fishing fun and games on the prolific waters around Carrabelle and beyond! Let your captain show you the beauty and abundance of the local fishery and he’ll put his many years of experience to good use.
Capt. Chester understands the importance of having a good guide, and he’ll do everything in his power to both educate and entertain you while you’re fishing with him. His 15’ Key West skiff is perfect for fishing in different conditions, thanks to its durability and single 70 HP Yamaha engine. The “Eagle” was freshly refurbished in 2019 and can accommodate up to 2 anglers.
On board, there are reliable navigational electronics that will tell you where the fish hide, as well as quality fishing gear, to help you get your catch into the boat. You’ll be using lures exclusively, and Capt. Chester will advise which to choose for the best results.
All the inshore favorites are fair game in these parts – Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, and Spanish Mackerel are the usual catches. You can also target Cobia, and if you’re up for the ultimate fishing challenge, Tarpon is the best choice.
Your captain also offers specialized night Tarpon trips on the Carrabelle River, which is a completely unique fishing experience. You’re welcome to keep some fish for dinner; otherwise, catch and release is strongly recommended whenever possible.
Whether it’s light tackle, bottom fishing, or fly fishing, Capt. Chester will provide all the necessary equipment, so you don’t have to lug around your own. Feel free to bring along your little ones, as Capt. Chester loves teaching kids and beginner anglers how to fish.
With Natural World Charters, your next fishing thrill is only one cast away!
