Bite Me! Charters Galveston
Bite Me! Charters Galveston and Captain Chad invite you to join them for a fun-packed day on the water, visiting some of the best fishing spots Texas has to offer. Bring your family along for a trip that is sure to be full of picture-perfect moments. Whatever trip you decide to book, you can be sure you’ll leave with great memories and a tasty catch!
The boat you’ll be fishing off of is a 22’ Pioneer center console, equipped with a powerful 250 HP Yamaha engine. It’s capable of a max cruising speed of up to 50 knots, so you can rest assured that you won’t be wasting any time getting to the fishing spots. The capacity of the vessel is up to 4 anglers, and you can all fish comfortably at the same time.
Thanks to the richness and diversity of the fish present in these waters, even shorter trips will allow you to target a wide range of species. Capt. Chad has spent the past 7 years getting closely familiar with Galveston’s main fishing grounds. He particularly focuses on the North and South Jetties, where he likes to target Speckled Trout, Redfish, Flounder, Sheepshead, and a variety of tasty game fish.
On all Bite Me! Charters Galveston fishing trips, the captain will provide you with live bait as well as Penn, Shimano, and Daiwa rods and reels. He’ll also make sure that all guests have as much help as they need if they are trying out a new technique or are new to fishing altogether. Capt. Chad is great with kids and enjoys helping them fall in love with fishing, so you’re encouraged to bring the young ones along. Just be aware that the age requirement for children is 5 and older.
On the day of your trip, you should arrive at the meetup spot 15 minutes ahead of time. You’ll be able to park your car free of charge as well as purchase your fishing license for the day. Bring along your sunscreen, sunglasses, and a cooler with your choice of drinks and snacks. All that’s left to do now is to start fishing!
