Premier Guide Service – Bend
Explore Oregon’s freshwater fishing spots with Premier Guide Service. Captain Jeff Frenette, has been fishing around the Beaver State for 30 years and regularly visits the best spots he has found so far.
Starting in Bend, you’ll be able to fish in one of the three locations: Wickiup Reservoir, the state’s second-largest reservoir; East Lake, famous for its variety of depths; and Lake Billy Chinook in the north. Each spot is well-known for great Trout fishing, which will also be your main target. Besides Trout, you’ll also target Kokanee Salmon.
Meet the captain on time and aboard his 26’ Alumaweld boat. The vessel accommodates up to 6 guests and there’s enough room for everybody to fish at the same time. She’s equipped with a 200 HP Mercury engine, Garmin navigational electronics, safety equipment, and 2 coolers – one for the catch and the other one for the drinks and snacks.
Captain Jeff will provide you with G Loomis and Penn fishing equipment and supply fresh anchovies that you’ll use as bait. Once you reel in the fish, the fun doesn’t stop there – Capt. Jeff will clean and fillet your catch, so you’ll leave the boat with the freshest fish meat there is! Just find a restaurant where they can prepare it and enjoy your well-earned meal.
Premier Guide Service run trips year round. Decide when you want to join Capt. Jeff and start your adventure.
