If you’re starting your trip from Protaras, you will reach the depths with a lot of squids and sardines that attract lots of Tunas. You’ll target Tuna mostly with trolling, and this can also land you Mahi Mahi. As both species are very fast and great fighters, get ready for an adrenaline rush.
The crew welcomes you aboard their 18’ Diverib inflatable boat, which accommodates up to 4 guests. She’s powered by a 115 HP Mercury engine and since the boat is light, it can go very fast. You’ll reach a fruitful offshore spot in less than 30 minutes. The boat is also equipped with navigation and safety gear and it has a multimedia system so you can blast your favorite music.
If you don’t want to spend the whole day fishing – go snorkeling! The captain will provide the equipment that’s included in the price, simply ask for it in advance so everything can be prepared. The scenery of the area is beautiful, but if you want to see something breathtaking, check if there’s enough time to reach Love Bridge, a popular landmark.
The captain will provide you with fishing equipment, snacks, and all kinds of drinks. He will also cover your fishing license and clean your catch after the trip, free of charge. Once you’re back at the marina, he’ll recommend a good restaurant where they can prepare your catch in a traditional way.
