    You'll leave from the dock in Port Hardy from where it will take roughly an hour to reach the fishing grounds. Giant Chinook Salmon is not the only attraction that awaits you in Rivers Inlet waters. Trophy Coho (Silver) Salmon is in the 20-pound range, and there's also Pink, Chum and Sockeye Salmon to provide further variety. Giant Halibut weighing up to 200 pounds cruise the floor of the inlet. He welcomes anglers of any age to spend some time fishing around Vancouver Island, and will happily teach beginners how to reel in their first fish. Capt. Steve grew up fishing his local lakes with his father and is proud to work alongside his family every day.
