Matagorda Bay Fishing Team
Fishing Sargent and Matagorda Bay is very rewarding, especially when you’re on a trip with Matagorda Bay Fishing Team. These bay systems are both known for producing excellent fishing action all year round. They are both large estuaries along the Texas Gulf Coast that anglers consistently return to.
Knowledgeable fishing guides like Capt. Will and Capt. Joe will know where to go and what to throw according to the time of year, feeding patterns, and the weather conditions. Both captains have spent many days and have logged many hours fishing learning these waters. This will give you and your guest a great chance of having a fun, exciting, and successful outing.
Hop aboard a 24’ Haynie bay boat that accommodates up to 4 guests. She can easily go to shallow spots of the bay and features a 300 HP Mercury Pro XS engine, navigational electronics, and safety gear.
Target main inshore species, such as Flounder, Redfish, and Speckled Trout.
Anglers of all experience levels are welcome to join. All tours are family friendly and the crew can also arrange special team building trips.
The crew will make sure you’ve got everything you need for catching fish. The equipment is covered and included in the price, but you’ll need to purchase your fishing license. Feel free to bring your snacks and drinks as well.
