Your boat for the trip will be a 24’ Blue Wave bay boat, powered by a 300 HP Yamaha outboard. Its capacity is 4 anglers and the boat’s spacious design allows everyone to fish comfortably at the same time. The boat is equipped with state-of-the-art communication and navigational electronics, as well as a fishfinder, allowing you to stay on fish longer and have a productive day on the water.
The captain will provide you with all the fishing gear you need, including Cajun custom rods, and Penn and Shimano reels. Depending on the species you’d like to target and the technique you’re using, you’ll be able to choose from various types of live and artificial bait. Live bait is always included in the price and will be prepared ahead of the trip so that you can start fishing right away.
On the shortlist of items you need to bring are drinks (alcohol is allowed in moderation), snacks, and a fishing license. At the end of the trip, the captain will also clean and bag your catch for the way home.
