Socal Fishing Charters
The rich waters of Southern California are known all over the world. Explore shallow coastal waters, the canyons, or the famous Catalina Island with Socal Fishing Charters. Head up to 50 miles offshore for a thrilling fishing experience, targeting anything from Rockfish to Marlin!
Who better to take you to the range of waters on offer than a local, experienced guide? Captain Jonathan Stroh is just that. Whether you’re targeting pelagics offshore or hitting the coastal waters, he promises to take you to the most productive spots to get you filling the boat.
Speaking of the boat, the 25’ custom-built Winner walkaround is a thing of beauty. Fitted with a comfortable cuddy cabin, she has everything you need for a productive day and comfortable stay on board, including a bunk and toilet. Bring your own drinks and snacks aboard and make the most of your trip.
She’s also a serious sportfishing vessel. You’ll find a full livewell on board, while the captain will prepare the trolling lines from the outriggers too. Using the latest rods and reels, you’ll have the best chance out there of landing plenty of prized fish.
Hit the nearshore bays and reefs to land beauties such as Barracuda, Halibut, Seabass, and Rockfish. Head to the deep waters, and that’s where the serious fishing begins. Push your fishing skills and physical strength to the limit as you battle it out with monster fish. Marlin, Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Swordfish, and Yellowtails will be biting, giving you the chance to land a real trophy catch.
Get in touch if you’d like to try spearfishing or want to take the kids snorkeling and Capt. Jonathan will provide all the necessary gear. He can also film you with his GoPro at an extra cost, so why not immortalize your trip?
He’ll even clean and fillet your catch at the end of the trip, so there’s nothing left for you to do but grab your fishing license and come aboard. Bring the whole family to experience some of the world’s best fishing with Socal Fishing Charters!
