It’s time to head to Texas for an inshore fishing trip with “Small Time” Charters. You’ll spend the day with Captain Jason at the helm. He has over 15 years of experience and will do everything he can to get you on top of the fish.

Step on board his 24’ center console, a spacious boat that gives 3 anglers plenty of room to wet a line and have fun. The boat is powered by a 300 HP Mercure engine and decked out with full safety and navigational gear, so you can fish with peace of mind.

The fish you’ll be targeting include Redfish, Flounder, Speckled Trout, Spanish Mackerel, Sheepshead, and more. The captain will let you know which ones can be kept and will clean these for you at the end of the trip.

Everyone is welcome on a trip with Capt. Jason. Children need to be over 10 years of age and there are life vests on board for them. The captain has very flexible start times for his trips – get in touch before the day to arrange the exact meeting time that works best for you.

Included in the price are top quality rods and reels from Penn, Shimano, and other great brands. These won’t let you down when reeling in your catch. Once you’re at the fishing grounds, the captain will bait your hook. It’s up to you to reel in your target!

The captain will also provide live bait for your group. This is prepared before the trip, so more time is spent fishing for the catch you’re really after.

You must buy a fishing license before the trip begins. It’s a good idea to bring along food and drink – these can be put into the captain’s cooler on board. Pack your sunscreen, sunglasses, and hat, and you’re ready for an unforgettable day.
