Daliken Sportfishing – El Anzuelo
Hop on board the El Anzuelo and join Daliken Sportfishing for an exclusive adventure off the coast of San Jose del Cabo! Captain Jaime Gutierrez is a Cabo San Lucas native and grew up fishing Baja California Sur. He’s an expert in a range of offshore, nearshore, and inshore techniques and caters all of his trips based on his guests’ level of experience and preferences.
His boat is a 24’ Stonerboats center console, designed to bring you close to the action in no time. This vessel is equipped with state-of-the-art navigational and fishfinding technology, outriggers, a live bait tank, safety gear, and tackle. On board, you’ll have a private toilet, making her perfect for long trips, and an icebox to store your food and drinks. Kids ages 2 and up are more than welcome to join and Capt. Jaime will provide life jackets for them.
Your main target species will vary depending on where you’d like to fish. Your trip will be customized based on what you’d like to catch and how far you’d like to go. Capt. Jaime can take you up to 10 miles from the coast to target Marlin, Sailfish, Yellowfin Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, and Yellowtail Amberjack. You can also stay closer to shore to target Roosterfish or bottom fish over reefs and wrecks for Jacks, Grouper, and Cubera Snapper.
Capt. Jaime provides top-of-the-line Penn and Shimano equipment on all of his trips and snorkeling gear is available for everyone. Just let him know ahead of time and he’ll be sure to take you to some of the best snorkeling spots along the coast.
You can also have your catch cleaned and filleted after the trip if you’d like to take your fish home for a savory meal. You can buy your fishing license for USD $20 per person on the boat and live bait is an additional USD $20.
All you have to bring is sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and a camera to make each moment last a lifetime. Let Daliken Sportfishing take you an unforgettable adventure and get ready to create lasting memories with your family!
