Fish with Tejas Salt and experience some of the best inshore fishing in the country. The Texas Gulf Coast has a unique and productive bay system for year-round fishing. Whether you’re a novice or a pro, your experienced captain will do everything he can to make sure the trip is tailored to you.
Captain Steve Hammack is a lifelong fisherman, having fished saltwater since 1996. He loves sharing his experience and knowledge with all kinds of anglers and is just as adept in helping kids land their first catch as he is in guiding tournament fishermen.
The 24’ JH Performance center console has everything you need for a good day on the water, even if conditions get a little challenging. Up to 4 guests are welcome aboard with two coolers provided for fish and drinks and snacks. Four can fish directly from the boat, or you can all hop in the water and wade fish.
Reaching speeds of up to 50 knots, you’ll be on fishing spots in no time, spending the maximum time fishing. Rods, reels, and tackle are provided and live bait can be provided at market rate.
You’ll be mainly going after Speckled Trout, Redfish, and Flounder. These are the most targeted species in Galveston Bay because they are fun to catch and great to eat! Just make sure to bring a medium cooler to transport your catch. The captain will happily clean and fillet the fish for you.
With all the gear you need rigged and ready, all you need is a Texas saltwater fishing license, sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses and you’re all set. Book a trip or put in a request to explore our Texas coastal fishery with Tejas Salt Fishing Adventures.
