I’m Your Captain Charters
Explore the deep blue California waters in style with I’m Your Captain Charters! You can be sure that Captain Steve Weed with 40 years of experience under his belt will put you on the fish. He knows all the best fishing grounds in the area, and he’ll make sure your time on his charter is enjoyable.
You’ll be joining him on his 42’ Egg Harbor sport fishing boat, and you’ll get to fishing in no time. With twin 375 HP Caterpillar engines, the boat is perfect for cruising the deep ocean. It can accommodate up to 6 people fishing at the same time, so bring your friends and have a great time!
Capt. Steve will provide you with quality fishing gear of different brands, and you’ll go out up to 50 miles offshore for the best fishing experience. You’ll fish using live bait bought on the way, so once you’re at the fishing grounds you’ll start reeling in those monsters right away!
There’s a variety of fish species you can target in the area, including Bonito, Seabass, Mahi Mahi, Halibut, Lingcod, Sculpin, Yellowtail Amberjack, Shark, Tuna, and Barracuda. If you’re up for tasting your catch, the captain will have your fish cleaned.
The longer trips will give you an immersive experience, and you’ll be able to make up your own adventure on the go. There are kayaks available, as well as snorkeling equipment, so you can enjoy the abundant nature first-hand.
Bring some food and drinks, as well as sunscreen to fully enjoy your time. There’s plenty of storage on board so you don’t have to limit yourself. Kids 6 and older are welcome, and there are life jackets for them, just let your captain know their approximate weight.
Make sure to buy a fishing license before leaving the docks, and join I’m Your Captain Charters for your newest fishing experience!
