Mike Morse Fishing is calling you aboard to discover Florida’s largest freshwater lake and battle it out with some of the country’s finest fish. Lake Okeechobee is known as Florida’s “inland sea,” and you’ll get to see first hand why. This open body of water stretches seemingly forever, giving plenty of angling opportunities to fill a full day and more.
Let Captain Mike take you out and show you the riches of the lake. With over 35 years of fishing in Florida behind him, he knows exactly what you want out of a fishing trip. He promises a personal, productive trip out, giving you all the help you need to fill the boat.
Speaking of the boat, the 22’ Century bay boat is the perfect vessel for getting you across the lake and to the sweet spots. Light and agile, she’ll cut across the water tops, while the light hull will keep you afloat in the shallows. Up to 3 guests are welcome aboard to make yourselves at home and discover rich nature in the heart of Florida.
You’ll spend your time aboard perfecting your bottom fishing, as you drift along the lake in search of monster-sized, tough-fighting fish. Largemouth and Striped Bass will be your prime target, and both are sure to provide a thrilling day of fishing. Not only that, but their tasty meat will be a great reward at the end of the day, as you revel in the fruits of your labor after the trip is done.
Capt. Mike promises plenty of water and Gatorade during your stay on board to keep you hydrated and energized, but feel free to bring any other drinks and your own snacks aboard. Other than that, all you need to do is grab your Florida freshwater fishing license and you’re good to go. Come aboard with Mike Morse Fishing and discover the riches of Florida’s inland sea!
