Join Thailand Fishing With TFF and get ready to fight massive lake monsters in Bangkok. Your guide for the day, Decha Manglee, has been fishing these waters her whole life and knows all the best spots to put you on big fish. She welcomes all types of anglers, from novice to pro, to join her in freshwater fishing as you’ve never experienced it before!
You’ll be fishing from the shores, targeting huge Mekong Catfish and Siamese Carp. The Catfish around here are extremely big and require extra power to subdue. These beasts can easily reach up to 440 lbs (200 kg), so be sure to bring extra elbow grease.
The legendary Siamese Carp is one of the most popular and sought-after fish among expert anglers. These bad boys hit 220 lbs (100 kg) and provide one of the hardest fights out of any freshwater species.
The lake you’ll be fishing from contains over 40 different species, including Tilapia and many other local freshwater fish. You’ll have your hands full, so be sure to eat a hearty meal the night before to have enough energy for the following day!
Your guide will provide top-notch rods and reels, as well as bait. Your fishing license is also covered, so just come straight to the dock, ready to fish. You’ll also be supplied with bottled water and a delicious local Thai dish, complimentary of the crew.
Just be sure to pack some sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and a camera to capture each special moment. Please note, that all trips are strictly catch-and-release, so make sure you get enough photos before you release your fish back into the wild.
Your next adventure is only one click away. Start planning your trip today and let Thailand Fishing With TFF show you an incredible time in Bangkok!
