Jason Adams Guide Service
For your next trip to Texas, fish with a local with Jason Adams Guide Service. Capt. Jason is an 8th generation fisherman – fishing is in his blood! Since he picked up a rod at 12 years of age, he has shown no sign of slowing down! He knows all the best places to go for the most productive day out.
Hop on board his 20’ bay boat, perfect for groups up to 6. The captain will inform you of the weight distribution before the trip. The ideal weight is around 4 adults and 2 children on board. The boat is decked out with safety and navigational gear so you can fish with peace of mind.
The fish you’ll be targeting will depend on whether you fish in the bay or further offshore in state waters. Some of the catch can include Tarpon, Cobia, Flounder, as well as Red Snapper, Spanish Mackerel, Gag Grouper, and plenty more. Fishing offshore will be dependent on the weather.
Children of all ages are welcome on board. The captain has life vests available for them to use. They’ll love fishing the bay for a range of exciting fish.
Feel free to bring along your own fly fishing gear. If fishing from the boat, only one angler can fly fish at a time. If multiple anglers wish to fly fish, the captain can take you to land to wade instead altogether.
Included in the price of the trip are top quality rods and reels from Penn and Shimano. These won’t let you down when reeling in your fish. The captain will provide the bait, which will either be dead, live, or artificial. After the trip, the legal catch will be cleaned for you by the captain.
Don’t forget to bring your own food and drinks for the day, as well as sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat.
Once all packed, you’re ready for a trip with Jason Adams Guide Service!
