Graphic Slayer Sportfishing
Welcome to Graphic Slayer Sportfishing! Captain JT has been fishing these waters for years and would like to share his experience with you. It doesn’t matter if you’re not a skilled angler. Your guide wants you to know a bit more at the end of the trip than you did when it started. It’s all about getting out of your comfort zone a little bit and doing something new. Of course, you’ll have lots of fun in the process.
The trip starts on a modest 22’ Bayrunner that’s equipped for all pelagic spec models. This cuddy cabin has been restored in 2020 and she’s equipped with new Furuno navigational electronics. She’s powered by a 150 HP Yamaha engine, has a portable toilet, and a live bait tank. There’s enough room for 3 anglers to join.
You’ll go as far as it takes to catch the fish you want. You can find lots fo tasty fish inshore too, but offshore spots are available if you want more of a challenge. Some of the species you may catch are Rockfish, Halibut, Bonito, Lingcod, Barracuda, Calico Bass, California Sheepshead, and more.
One of the captain’s specialties is the Ike jime technique of fish preparation. Ike jime is a humane method of killing fish, as it’s done in a matter of seconds and doesn’t cause any trauma. This also keeps the meat quality at its best, since the fish didn’t produce any cortisol.
Rods and reels, as well as live bait, will be provided on the boat. Don’t forget to purchase your fishing license and bring some snacks and drinks for the day.
Enjoy the tastiest fish meat after a day with Graphic Slayer Sportfishing!
