When you want to explore the potential and beauty of Sault Sainte Marie and the St. Mary’s River area, Reel-N-Time Charters is ready to take you out! Captain Ken Zmudzinski has been fishing the local waters his whole life and he’s happy to show you his favorite tricks to get that fish to bite.
Join him on his 21’ Lund Pro aluminum fisher with a 275 HP Mercury engine, that is spacious enough to take out up to 4 people. The boat is well-equipped for different types of fishing, and has reliable navigational electronics, a live bait well, and a wireless trolling motor.
Whether you’d like to do conventional or fly fishing, Capt. Ken will provide all the gear you need and explain what setups work best on local fish. If you prefer, you can bring your own equipment. Hands-on fishing is the name of the game and your guide loves teaching all levels of anglers something that will improve their angling skills.
The fish you’ll be chasing are all local favorites and the rivers are teeming with them. You can expect anything from Rainbow Trout, Chinook Salmon, and Walleye to Musky, Pike, and Yellow Perch at the end of your line.
The more time you have on the water, the more fish you’re likely to hook. After the trip, your guide will clean and fillet the catch for your convenience.
Kids that are 12 or younger fish for free, and the minimum age for kids to join you on your expedition is 6. You don’t have to worry about life jackets, Capt. Ken will take care of it. To prepare for your trip, buy a fishing license, pack some drinks and food, and dress in layers in the autumn months.
Let Reel-N-Time Charters show you just how fun and productive Michigan fishing can be!
