Sea Point Fishing Charter will take you to an adventure in the Pacific Sea! Starting from Playa Hermosa in Costa Rica, Captain Corrado runs fishing trips year round. He started fishing when he was only 3 years, literally since he was able to hold a rod. For him, that’s the passion that never stopped and he wants to share his experience and knowledge with other people.
You’ll be fishing aboard a 24’ Slikcraft boat. This sportfishing vessel is great for offshore trips, as she’s powered by a 200 HP Suzuki engine and features downriggers, outriggers, a fighting chair, and a live bait tank. Prepared for different types of fishing techniques, this boat is a good choice whatever fish you choose to target.
The location you’ll be fishing from is famous for its abundance of fish species. You never know what’s biting your bait until you reel it in. Trips closer to the shore will usually get you Roosterfish, Mackerel, and Yellowtail Amberjack but if you head out on a full day trip, you’ll have a pretty good chance of targeting Mahi Mahi, Tuna, even Marlin or Sailfish. This depends on the season, the fishing technique you’re using, and sometimes just your luck.
Capt. Corrado will cover your fishing equipment and prepare live bait in advance. Snacks and drinks are provided on every trip but on a full day, there are also sandwiches. Kids of all ages are welcome but you’ll need to bring life jackets for them if they’re younger than 8.
