Hot Tuna makes only unforgettable fishing trips! Based in Drake Bay, Captain Bryan Aguilar Gomez has been fishing his whole life in this area. What keeps his enthusiasm going all these years is the fact that every day on the water is different. Forget what you planned for and go along with surprises.
If you have a group of up to 6 people, join the captain on his 28’ Hot Tuna boat. This center console is powered by a 140 HP Suzuki engine that ensures a smooth ride to your fishing spot. Besides navigational electronics and safety equipment, the boat also has an ice box to keep your drinks cold and fresh.
The longer the trip, the further offshore you can go. It all depends on what you want to catch. Closer to the shore you’ll find Snapper, Grouper, Roosterfish, Yellowtail Amberjack. If you go far offshore, you can target big game species, such as Sailfish, Tuna, Mahi Mahi, or Wahoo. You’ll catch live bait first, which is a fun warm up for the real hunt.
Your fishing equipment, drinks, and fruit are covered by the captain. On a full day trip, he’ll also make a picnic meal for everyone onboard. After the trip, your catch will be cleaned and you can enjoy fresh fish for dinner.
Not only you’ll have a great time fishing but you’ll also enjoy the natural beauty of the area and maybe even encounter dolphins or whales. Just choose the date.
