When you’re looking for a fishing trip with a captain who can provide an amazing experience, look no further than Santiva Charters. Captain Rob’s main goal is to provide this for you and he believes it’s all in the details. He takes special care for all those little things that make each trip special.
To make your trip more comfortable, Capt. Rob allows for only 3 guests on the boat. This way everyone can fish at the same time. You’ll aboard his 18’ Key West boat, powered by a 150 HP Yamaha engine. This flats boat is perfect for shallow waters you’ll be fishing in, and it features a live bait tank and yeti cooler with ice and bottled water.
You’ll be fishing around Sanibel’s backcountry and inshore waters, targeting Snook, Tarpon, Redfish, and Mangrove Snapper. These waters also keep Jack Crevalle and Bull Sharks, so you never know what can bite your hook. You can keep the catch and save it for a delicious meal afterward. Capt. Rob recommends the “Lazy Flamingo” restaurant near the marina.
Rob will organize everything you need for fishing: rods, reels, lures, and live bait. You can bring some snacks and drinks, and don’t forget your sunscreen and sunglasses.
Whether you’re looking for excitement while fishing or just hope to relax on the water, you can rely on Santiva Charters and Capt. Rob!
