Struisbaai, at the Southernmost Tip of Africa, is the perfect destination for your next angling adventure – it's home to gorgeous beaches and amazing fishing right off the coast. Hop aboard Fishing with Stompie fishing charters, departing out of Struisbaai harbour, for some seriously reel-screaming action!

Skipper Riaan Swart is the man behind the helm of this charter, and he's the perfect person to guide you on your Struisbaai fishing excursion. He grew up in this area and loves fishing these waters. His favourite part of running his trips is seeing his guests reel in their dream fish – no matter whether you're a brand-new angler or have some experience under your belt!

If you want to flex your fighting muscles, Riaan will take you inshore, where you'll get to wrestle with the mighty Yellowtail.  Depending on conditions, you might hook into Yellowtail, Leerfish (Garrick), Redfish, and anything else that bites.

You'll be doing all of this from your skipper's 26' CarryCat walkaround vessel, named "Stompie." She can accommodate up to 7 guests, making her a great option for groups of angling buddies! Children are welcome aboard, too. Your skipper prioritises safety, so you'll be provided with top-quality life jackets for all ages.

You can expect to do some spinning, popping, trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures. A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Keep in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.

It's recommended to bring sunglasses, bottled water, and sunscreen.
