Lake Ontario might be the smallest of the Great Lakes, but you can be sure that fishing opportunities are many and the crew of Pacifictime Sportfishing knows it well! Captain Todd Pavlik runs charters out of Wilson, NY and he has ample experience in fishing the Great Lakes.
If Trout and Salmon are your primary targets, then you’ll have a great time on Lake Ontario. Your guide has spent years chasing these beauties and he knows all their tricks and hiding spots. Chinook and Coho are the main catches on the Salmon front, and Lake Trout and Steelhead are also there for the taking in all shapes and sizes.
To get to the most productive fishing grounds, you’ll come aboard a 30’ Pursuit offshore fisher that sports all the gear you need for a successful day on the water. With quality navigational electronics, plenty of room of 4 people, and a private toilet, the boat is well-suited for lake fishing conditions.
Capt. Todd will provide you with reliable Shimano tackle to fight your catch, and if you need any help, you’ll have a first mate that will help you with everything. If you want to have your fish cleaned and filleted, the mate will do it for you after the trip. Tipping is a great way to thank him for his great service and dedication.
All you need for your trip is a valid fishing license, and your favorite food and drinks. There’s a fridge on board, so you don’t have to bring your own cooler. Feel free to come with your family – kids of all ages are welcome, and the captain will have life jackets for them as long as they’re 8 or older.
Let Pacifictime Sportfishing take you to the best bite on Lake Ontario and let your new fishing adventure begin!
