Totally not what we expected!  All communications prior to boarding the boat were with captain Francisco, as was the request for this review on Francisco; however, the captain that was with us today said his name was not Francisco. He and his first mate did not speak English and all communication was through a phone interpreter app. We were told via confirmation messages to meet the boat at end of dock C, which we walked there; however, after waiting a while, we discovered they were at end of dock D. We are not high maintenance people, but you would think they would have been somewhat accommodating. Fishing from 9am to 4pm, one would expect the toilet to flush, but was not activated till the last few hours of the trip. When ask about it, there was no concern or response. More importantly, there was only room for one of us on the fishing deck (the other had to sit inside the cabin or up on the bridge). We’ve been on many fishing charters and never had to be separated like this. As my husband said, the fishing tackle, rods, reels etc were not conducive to catching blue marlin, or other big game fish, which was what we were after and specifically requested when booking this charter. All we caught were 2 small barracuda. They seemed more interested in taking us to the beach to snorkel than be fishing. We’ve been on many fishing charters, but this one was the most unprofessional and disappointing one. Very misrepresented.
