All aboard “Merica”, a former Naval Special Warfare (SEAL Team) 7 Meter RIB. Her elevated second station gives you a bird’s eye view of what lurks below and her unique sounding diesel engine attracts Cobia like no other.

This RIB can take fisherman where other fiberglass charters fear to go, right up next to and even, in between the piling of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel.  This allows you to get right on top of where the Taug, Sheepshead, and Spadefish hold. Her Cummins 6BT was just rebuilt in Jan 2020 and she hums along at over 32 knots. Whether it’s trolling, jigging, dropping, or sight-casting, this icon of US Naval Special Warfare has been refitted to attack your fishing mission like a true special operator!

And those are not the only types of fish you can catch here! You can also go after Black Drum, Redfish, Spanish Mackerel, Kingfish, Striped Bass, Spotted Seatrout, and more. You'll do bottom fishing, trolling, spin casting, or drifting for the active species based on water temp, bait, and recent activity. Fuel surcharge fee around $70.

You'll mainly use live bait or jigging. 2020 VA regulations state 1 fish per person over 40 inches, up to a max of 3 people per vessel, with only 1 greater than 50 inches. The main season starts June 1st and ends Sept. 30. Catch and release prior to June 1 and Oct. Fuel surcharge fee around $35.
