Tater Baiter Charters
Enjoy a day of fishing in the stunning Lake Erie with Tater Baiter Charters and make some new friends and memories! Your guide will be Robert Tatters, a local angler who’s been fishing for over 25 years. He knows these waters like the back of his hand, so he’ll take you to all the secret spots and honey holes so you can reel in some trophies.
You’ll head out on his 23’ Sportcraft center console boat. The boat accommodates up to 5 anglers, 4 of which can fish at the same time, perfect for a day out with friends and family. It’s powered by a 260 HP Mercruiser engine, and it features navigational electronics, an icebox, a hardtop, and downriggers. There’s a toilet as well for your convenience.
The waters of Lake Erie are known to be breathtaking, but they’re also full of fish! You’ll be after some prized freshwater fish species here, trolling for the likes of Yellow Perch, Rainbow Trout, and Walleye. You’ll be fishing using Okuma rods, reels, and tackle provided by Robert. He’ll also be happy to clean and fillet your catch, so you can take it home for a nice meal.
Feel free to bring your kids on a family adventure, as children over the age of 6 are welcome on board. There will be a first mate joining in to make sure you have all the help you need, and it’s recommended that you tip him. All you need to do is get a license before the trip, pack some drinks, food, warm clothes, and rain gear depending on the weather, and you’re ready!
Join Tate Baiter Charters, and come have your newest fishing adventure on the rich waters of Lake Erie!
