Feelin' Fishy Charters
Join Feelin’ Fishy Charters on a Lower Florida Keys adventure of a lifetime in the pristine waters of the Keys. Captain Chris specializes in sight fishing with fly rods or spin. Whether you want to fish, snorkel, sandbar trips, lobster (when in season) or tiki hop, there’s a trip for you here. Chris is an excited, knowledgeable, and easy going guide who is going to put in full effort to make your trip the best experience possible.
You will be fishing from a 18’ Beavertail Mosquito built in 2019 and powered by a 60 HP Suzuki engine. The boat is very well maintained, has the latest GPS electronics, all the necessary USCG safety equipment, has an icebox and a live-well. This boat will get you into spots other boats can’t reach and is sneaky silent while looking for fish.
While fishing in the backcountry you will be sight casting at fish which is one of the most exciting types of fishing on the planet. There is nothing quite like chasing Permit, Bonefish, Tarpon, or any other fish you may come across on flats. Chris will do his best to set you up with the best possible shots.
You will be fishing with high quality gear with fly rods from Scott and reels from Hatch Outdoors. For light tackle gear you’ll be equipment with Penn rods and reels.
Don’t worry about having to buy a fishing license, as all that will be covered. The boat also holds a lobster license for customers if they are wanting to go lobster. Water will be provided by the Captain as well.
Please bring food and other drinks you may want on the boat. A good pair of polarized sunglasses is highly recommended as well as rain gear. Sunscreen will be available but the captain suggests you bring your own.
