Explore Mornington Peninsula with I’m Hooked Fishing Charters!

We are now offering smaller group charters with our new Exclusive range of fishing charters for a more personalized fishing trip. Not competing with large numbers of passengers.

You’ll be fishing on our Razerline ex coast guard vessel, which as been built to handle rough seas. We have protection for our customers with a nice sized cabin to keep you out of the cold when needed. Its 26’ long this extremely fast and stable vessel which has a cabin giving customers protection from the elements and still have plenty of room to fish comfortably. The boat has top-notch Simrad and Funaro navigational equipment and she’s powered by twin 200 HP Suzuki engines. It features all the fishing equipment, including trolling equipment for Tuna, as well as a plumbed toilet.

You will spend an amazing day on the water, catching delicious fish. The captain usually departs from Carrum, Hastings, Mt Martha, but he covers a wide area with his trips. You can stay in Port Phillip Bay, visit the nearby Western Port Bay Hastings, the small seaside town Flinders, or go offshore to Bass Straight for amazing Tuna and Shark fishing.

Depending on your fishing grounds, your possible catch will vary. Captain Mal specializes in catching Snapper, Whiting, Tuna, Kingfish, Mako Sharks, Sharks, Gummy Shark, Squid, Flathead, and more. With so many different fish, there are also lots of techniques you can use to catch them, so the action always brings something new.

You’ll be provided with Daiwa and Penn rods and reels and a variety of lures. Just remember to pack your food and drinks for the day and don’t forget to purchase your fishing license!

Mal began fishing at a very young age with his Dad and Grandpa. Mal would fish at Carrum while his Grandpa collected boat launching fees. His dad would also take him to local creeks to catch bream and mullet. Mal's journeys has taken him up the coast where he lived in Merimbula where he started fishing from Eden to Tathra catching Marlin Tuna Sharks off the coast. I love fishing in Melbourne we have one of the best fisheries right here on our door step.
