Appalachian Expeditions

Appalachian Expeditions is located in beautiful North Georgia and specializes in guided canoe fishing experiences. You’ll be fishing with the guides who are lifelong residents and have lots of experience on each of these lakes. They’ll put you right on fish! This is one of the best ways to get a first-hand interaction with the surrounding lakes and nature in general.

With 7 lakes located within 5 miles of their base camp, you’ll be right in the center of the action. Some of the biggest trophy fish are right around the corner. The crew also offers guided trips down parts of the Chattahoochee river for Shoal Bass. A feisty river Bass that puts up a heck of a fight!!

You’ll be fishing on a 16’ canoe that features GPS and fishfinder. There’s enough room for 2 guests to join.

The fish you’ll target are some of the most delicious freshwater species. There are several types of Bass here, such as Striped, Largemouth, Smallmouth, and Spotted. You can also go after Crappie and Catfish.

You get to keep the catch and the guide will clean it for you after the trip. Your equipment is covered, and some snacks and bottled water are provided too. You only need to purchase your fishing license and bring sunglasses.

Come and experience North Georgia and all it has to offer! Appalachian Expeditions is at your service!
