Roger’s Boy Guide Service welcomes you to Russell Springs, Kentucky. Come and have a lovely time on the water as you fish Lake Cumberland with Captain Christopher Woods. He’s a friendly and experienced angler who will easily take you to the fish and do everything to make your trip a memorable one.

You and the captain will be fishing out of a 23’ heated CustomWeld commercial boat that uses the most up-to-date GPS, fishfinder, and radio electronics. The boat can accommodate 4 guests and runs on a 300 HP Mercruiser engine. It features a wireless trolling motor, ice-box, and livewell.

You will be targeting Striped Bass on the beautiful Lake Cumberland by bottom fishing and trolling, both using heavy tackle. You get to keep all the fish you catch and take it home. Striped Bass is well-ranked in terms of table-fare, so you will be able to enjoy some delicious meals when you get back. Children are more than welcome to come aboard, so do bring them along and have a great family time in nature.

Captain Christopher will provide you with all the rods, reels, tackle, live bait, lures, and even catch cleaning. Before you leave, just make sure you have packed the snacks and drinks of your choice, as well as fishing licenses.
