Blue Water Fishing Charter – 28', Clearwater
Blue Water Fishing Charter Adventures offers one of the most exciting ways to explore the Gulf! Join Captain Rodney Rogers for a day and see what treasures the deep waters hold. Gather your fishing buddies, coworkers, or family, and share this adventure together. You’ll enjoy each trip that Capt. Rodney offers, regardless of your fishing experience.
A group of 5 guests can join for a ride on a 28’ Sea Cat boat. Even if your group has fewer members, you’ll still have the whole boat to yourself. This catamaran model is powered by twin Honda engines and features trolling gear, a live bait tank, and navigational electronics. To make sure your fishing gear is all set up, you’ll also be joined by the first mate.
The trips are roughly divided into two types. You can go bottom fishing the local reefs and wrecks, which will take you after Snapper, Grouper, and Cobia. If you prefer trolling and going even further off the coast, you can catch , Kingfish, Spanish Mackerel. Whichever trip you choose, the catch is yours to keep.
You only need to bring your food, drinks, and sun protection. Everything else, including your licenses, rods, reels, and frozen bait is covered by the captain. The crew will also clean your catch for a small fee, so you can take it straight to the restaurant and have a delicious meal.
The crew and captain work very hard to ensure you have an amazing trip and a 20% gratuity is customary for each person.
