We had an excellent time with Captain Robert. I’m taking the time to write an in depth review because he definitely deserves it!

1. He communicated within 24 hours each time I had a question in the months leading up to our trip so we could coordinate schedules for a full boat of guys. I appreciated this as we couldn’t have scheduled this out without his responsiveness.
2. We originally thought about pushing back the start time of the trip in the morning, but Captain Robert politely informed us the best time in the morning is 5-5:30. That is exactly when we ended up catching the most fish so I appreciated his expertise in this area. If we didn’t take his advice, we would have missed out. I recommend folks trust his advice in all areas of booking a trip because his main focus is your positive experience and safety!
3. When we were on the boat, Captain Robert managed to pilot the boat, keep an eye on the fishing equipment, and still took the time to answer all of the questions from the guys on the trip. Whether it was about about the equipment used, techniques on bringing in a fish onboard, he was super nice about teaching everyone as he’s so passionate about fishing in these waters.
4. He had a focus on providing the best opportunity for everyone onboard so they had the best time they could on the trip. Taking pictures, cleaning up the catch, and providing some great recommendations for how you can cook up what you catch when you bring it home! 

Awesome Wisconsin guy in the best possible meaning (coming from an Illinois guy here). He’s a great choice for seasoned fisherman or someone completely new to fishing. I’ll be recommending him to all family or friends coming up to the area for a charter.

I done all sorts of inland fishing, and I’ve trolled western Erie for walleye and smallmouth, but I’d never fished Lake Michigan for salmon/trout before. My teenage son caught the fishing bug last year so I decided to take him out for his birthday to experience it for the first time together. The 6-hour trip with Capt. Robert Schneider with Hunt N Fish Salmon Charters out of Port Washington, WI was everything I could have hoped for. Not only did he work hard to put us on plenty of good size fish, varying depth, direction, speed, lures, etc., but he did took the time to educate us about exactly why he was was doing everything he did. It was a great learning experience for us. We haven’t cooked up yesterday’s catch yet and we’re already looking forward to our next trip with Hunt N Fish!

Scheduled a charter with Hunt N Fish Charters for my husband’s 50th birthday.  From initial booking up until right before we showed up Captain Rob was so responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns we had up until the trip.  Morning of we showed up and Captain Rob and his first hand Rob were just so upbeat and gave us an amazing greeting.  Once on the boat Rob and Rob were so fun and knowledgeable.  Everything from the set up of the rods and the maneuvering of boat was like clockwork between them.  You could tell they made a great team.  We caught so many fish and just laughed and had the best time on this trip.  May be planning another trip for our anniversary.  Would defiantly book again with them.  Top notch experience.

Captain Rob was awesome. The guy works hard to make it a great trip. I’m thinking I should lock up same time, place, and Charter next year. Two of us limited out in less than 2 hours. Caught a really nice King, Several nice Coho, a Laker, and a Rainbow. Book it now!

This was our first time doing a charter fishing and it was definitely worth it! We had such a good time and Robert was great with answering questions and talking to us just a real nice down to earth guy! We will definitely be going again.
