When you want to be a part of the amazing Texas inshore fishing scene, take a trip with Shallow Water Safaris! Captain Alan has been a guide for over 30 years and gained a lifelong experience around the waters of Rockport, Port O’Connor, and Port Aransas. With him by your side you’ll easily get in the fishing mode (if not already) and seize the day to the fullest.
You’ll be fishing on a 17’ Maverick boat that is powered by a 90 HP Yamaha engine. Providing a stable and cozy ride, this boat is also equipped with the latest navigational electronics and a cooler. With a capacity for only two guests, you’ll have the captain’s almost undivided attention. The advantage of having small groups on the boat means that it will be easier to meet every angler’s needs and customize the trip.
The Big Three of the Texas inshore scene are Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, and Black Drum, but it doesn’t end there. You can also go after Sheepshead, Snook, Tarpon, and Jack Crevalle. You’ll either go after them with light tackle with artificial bait, or use the advanced technique of fly fishing. Either way, the captain will cover your equipment and let you keep the catch.
All equipment and catch cleaning are included in the price. You’ll need to purchase a fishing license before the trip. Feel free to bring any type of snacks and drinks you might need and don’t forget sunscreen.
Shallow Water Safaris is waiting to take you for an amazing inshore adventure. You just need to say when.
