Taking a trip with 7 Tunas Fishing means you'll be fishing with a guide who started catching fish at the same time he learned to walk. For Captain Vinny, it's safe to say he has a lifelong experience in this sport. With over 15 years of mid-Atlantic canyon fishing, combined with fishing in some of the world's most incredible fisheries, such as Costa Rica, southeastern Florida, Mexico, and Panama, he has the tricks to get the fish biting when times are slow.
You'll be fishing from an offshore fishing machine, that has enough room for 6 anglers to join. This 29' Flybridge boat that is equipped with a Seakeeper provide a stable, safe, and comfortable ride, even during extended trips. She's powered by twin 315HP Yanmar engines and has the latest navigational electronics. For a more enjoyable time on the boat, there's also an enclosed cabin with lounge area and a private toilet.
The departure times are flexible, so the ones you see listed on the trips are just suggestions. Feel free to get in touch with the captain and adjust the trip to your needs.
Besides Flounder and Black Seabass, which are reachable close to the shore, you'll mostly go after offshore species. Some of your targets are Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, Marlin, and different species of Tuna.

Captain Vinny and his mate Josh were great! Our group couldn’t have asked for a better trip. We caught plenty of fish that we cooked for dinner, and will definitely be booking again in the future.

Water was cold and the fish weren't cooperating. Did we have fun? Yes. Is this a crew/boat for families? Yes. Will we book again? Yes. Hey, sometimes the "keepers" evade capture.

We had a blast taking the 7 Tunas out to sea about 8 miles off of the coast. Found plenty of great spots to fish and caught quite a few fish. The boat was fully equipped. We just had to drop our lines and pull in the fish!! Vinny’s first mate Josh was right on top of our needs for lines, bait and weights. Vinny cleaned and fillet our fish masterfully for us and we enjoyed a great fish dinner in our condo. It was a great time by all and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We all highly recommend 7 Tunas and will be back next year!!
