Nowel's Fishing & Snorkeling
Nowel’s Fishing & Snorkeling offers a truly great experience. Whether you’d like to go snorkeling, fishing, or do both, Captain Kiron has a trip for you. He knows these waters like the back of his palm, and it doesn’t take him long to find a good fishing spot. All trips start in Hopkins and they are available year round.
You’ll be fishing on a 25’ custom boat that accommodates up to 4 guests. This skiff is great for shallow spots but can easily take you to deeper waters in search of bottom feeders. She’s powered by a 60 HP Yamaha engine and has everything you’ll need to catch fish on board - a live bait tank, a cooler, and top-notch rods and reels.
Using different techniques, such as trolling and bottom fishing, you’ll go after Snapper, Barracuda, Jack Crevalle, Tarpon, Amberjack, Bonefish, and more. Novice anglers are welcome too, so the captain will show you the basics if this is your first time fishing.
You can also combine your fishing trip with some snorkeling. All equipment is available on the boat and included in the price. Mix it up and make this day even more interesting!
Besides the equipment, the captain will also provide fresh water, fruit, and cook your catch. You can enjoy the delicious taste right on the spot, prepared in a local way. Make sure to pack your sun protection and check where you can get your license.
