James Roberts Fishing welcomes you to Austin and invites you to exciting and fun lake trips in Central, South, and East Texas. Join Captain James Roberts in exploring Texan lakes and enjoy their fascinating nature.
You’ll be fishing on a 20’ Bass Cat bass boat powered by a 250 HP Mercury engine. It can take up to 3 guests and is equipped with GPS, fishfinder, and radar systems, as well as livewell.
Captain James uses both light and heavy tackle and he specializes in various techniques such as bottom fishing, trolling, spinning, jigging, and drift fishing. Some of the beautiful fish you’ll target include Largemouth, Smallmouth and White Bass, Sunfish, and Crappie. You’re allowed to keep all the fish you catch. However, when it comes to Largemouth Bass, the captain would be grateful if you released it back to the water. Kids are welcome to join the trip, so you can bring your whole family and spend a wonderful time together in nature.
All rods, reels, terminal tackle, and lures are included in the price. Live bait comes with an extra charge, and so does the cleaning and filleting of your catch. There will be water waiting for you on board, so you should only pack some food and your licenses.
Book a trip at James Roberts Fishing and visit the beautiful lakes of Texas.
