Farther and son were exceptional guides! We (4 of us) got into fish right away and scored a 36 pound Mahi Mahi, a 14 pound Mahi Mahi and numerous tuna. Epi’s son prepared delicious ceviche with the tuna. We saw a mama whale with her baby and a large sea turtle as a bonus!!
We took half the larger MM to a local restaurant and enjoyed a magnificent lunch. We plan on returning and will ask Epi to take us snorkeling and exploring his neck of the woods.
We highly recommend this duo to get you into some great fish! You won’t be disappointed.

My Partner and I had great time! Captain Epi was easy to communicate with and answered all our questions and concerns we had before our trip, He and his Crew accompanied me with my disability. The Cew was great with information and safety. We will definitely recommend and contact them our next time in PV it was a fun experience we had a great catch, music and tanning what better when you’re on vacation!

We hired Epi Charters for our first fishing trip in PV. Without a doubt this trip was everything we could have hoped for. The boat captain and deckhand got us on the fish the moment we started to fish. We started with a quadruple header of Mahi Mahi. Once we limited out of those, the captain said it’s time to find a sail. Well, within 10 minutes of fishing for a sailfish….I was playing one! From start to finish, the day was incredible…. Highly recommend getting yourself on one of their boats!

Epi met my girlfriend and I at the dock in the morning and led us to the boat. He did not come with us, we fished with 2 of his employees, one of which was Epi’s son(I apologize, but I don’t remember their names). Both the guys were great! They brought out a loaf of incredible homemade banana bread for a breakfast snack. We caught a couple fish just after leaving the marina and then had a couple hours of nothing. It wasn’t for lack of trying, the guys changed locations constantly and tried changing baits multiple times, sometimes fish just don’t bite. A little over an hour before our time was up, we started to catch fish constantly. Epi’s son cleaned our fish for us on the way back to the marina. Even when we weren’t catching fish, we still enjoyed a great day on the water. We chatted with the guys, saw multiple whales surface, dolphins, and a small group of stingrays swam right by the boat. I would definitely recommend booking a trip with Epi, I hope to do so again if I’m back in Puerta Vallarta!
